In 2019, Carl contacted us for the first time to inquire about cake mold, he asked to provide catalogue

of our exsiting one, we sent the file to him, and then he disappeared.

We did not receive his reply within a month, but we noticed that he mentioned his brand at his signature.

We investigated and found that all the products he sold on the website are unique designs, all of which

are different from the existing models in the market.

He may find suppliers for his new design, we thought. So we started to send new drawings designed by

our internal designers, and how we helped customers with new designs from sketches.

How do I start a new design?

You can provide hand drawings of external lines, items/patterns/functions to be added to them, and

3D dimensions. Or similar item/sample your want to make.

Members of our R&D department will complete 3D drawing within 3 days and provide rendered pictures

for inspection. After confirming the design, we can make a prototype to confirm the appearance, etc.

After our follow-up, Carl replied that he was busy with the new design and sent us his ideas about the new

cake mold. We provide 3D drawings and prototypes according to his ideas, and now we still have cooperation on new products.
