In December 2021, our sales team received an email. The sender Marco said that he was a friend of Antonio

and he wanted to develop a new product based on his own sketch. Antonio is our exhibition client, we have

met in Hong Kong. We can talk about his story next time.

We replied to Marco's email and asked for more information about the new product, such as sketches, dimensions,

uses, materials he preferred, budget, etc. At the same time, Antonio also talked with us and told us that his friend

Marco was looking for a supplier, so he recommended us.

As the project has prepared for the exhibition in 2022, there is not much time left. Our R&D department started to

make 3D drawings according to the details, and arranged prototype samples and renderings picture for confirmation.

After confirmation, we received payment for molds and order, Marco ordered a small amount for exhibition promotion.

It took us 12 days from receiving the email from Marco to the products made.

In the fist half of 2022, Marco kept in touch with us and told us about his customers' feedback. He began to place

orders for mass production in the second half of the year.

I hope we can receive more good news from Marco in 2023.
